Phase 1 – (Week 1)

Increase energy & stop disease progression

The juices & smoothies

  • Boost energy production

  • Stop current Covid-19 illness progression

  • Block future Covid-19 spike protein damage

  • Increase hydration

Fruit water 1

Drink 4-6 times throughout the day, but not around or during meals, as it will disrupt digestion.

Juice ½ - 1 lemon or the juice of 1 pomelos/grapefruit. Add water

(1 large glass). No added sugar, maple sirop, honey…

GWF Smoothie 1

Breakfast / Morning smoothie.

This recipe makes +/- 4 glasses. Drink 2 glasses directly after blending and drink the other 2 glasses sometime before lunch.

  • Juice 5 oranges add all loose pulp into the blender

  • 1 cup of chopped watermelon (if in season) otherwise

       chop up 1 grapefruit

  • ¾ cup red fruit (This can be a frozen red fruit mix)

  • 1 Kiwi or a cup of chopped pineapple

  • ½ a raw beetroot

  • ½ of an avocado

  • 1 cup raw spinach leaves

  • 1.5 cm2 raw fresh ginger root (not powder)

 

If the taste is too acidic, a banana can be added to the smoothie. Add water to get the consistency you like.

MEAL PLAN Phase 1

Breakfast

  • 1 hot drink: coffee, black tea or green tea (no milk or sugar)

  • 15 minutes later 2 glasses of GWF Smoothie 1.

  • If desired any raw fruit. If you wish to add some seeds and nuts; think of chopped up cashews, Brazil nuts, walnuts, macadamias, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds…

Snack

  • 1 hot drink (coffee, black tea or green tea, no milk or sugar) of your choice followed by a glass of GWF Smoothie 1.

  • If desired fruit of your choice

  • If desired a bowl of mixed nuts and seeds (Walnuts, cashews, Brazil nuts, almonds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds…)

Lunch

  • A raw mixed salad, think green and think orange, include foods like freshly grated carrots, fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, basil, raw red bell pepper, avocado, olives, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber raw tomatoes and/or any other favorites. Here you can add eggs in any form. Salad dressing, herbs and spices to taste. No mayo!

  • Or a veggie soup.

For afternoon snacks see above

Aperitive (at least 30 minutes before dinner)

  • Cut up one raw red bell pepper, if desired also carrot, cucumber and/or celery sticks, but know the red bell pepper and carrots are by far more effective. Make a guacamole dip (crushed up avocado, salt, pepper and spices to taste).

  • Or a fruit drink: 3 squeezed oranges, 1 squeezed pomelos/grapefruit.

Dinner

  • A full dinner of your choice. But no dairy foods, pasta or bread. Think of roasted meat/chicken/fish and veggies, lentils or eggs with veggies. Think curries and a small portion of rice and potatoes.

The night time meal is ideally adapted per person depending on your symptoms.
