Breakfast

  • 1 hot drink: coffee, black tea or green tea (no milk or sugar)

  • 15 minutes later 2 glasses of GWF Smoothie 1.

  • A raw mixed salad, think green and think orange, include foods like freshly grated carrots, fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, basil, raw red bell pepper, avocado, olives, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber raw tomatoes and/or any other favorites. Here you can add eggs in any form. Salad dressing, herbs and spices to taste. No mayo!

  • Or a veggie soup.

For afternoon snacks see above

Aperitive (at least 30 minutes before dinner)

  • Cut up one raw red bell pepper, if desired also carrot, cucumber and/or celery sticks, but know the red bell pepper and carrots are by far more effective. Make a guacamole dip (crushed up avocado, salt, pepper and spices to taste).

  • Or a fruit drink: 3 squeezed oranges, 1 squeezed pomelos/grapefruit.

Dinner

  • A full dinner of your choice. But no dairy foods, pasta or bread. Think of roasted meat/chicken/fish and veggies, lentils or eggs with veggies. Think curries and a small portion of rice and potatoes.
